We have had a ton of progress on the house lately and the most noticeable change is the flooring! On the first floor, we went with an engineered hardwood from Shaw Floors. They are from The Royal Collection and the color is Chatelaine. I am so in love with the color and it was exactly what I had envisioned! The below picture is the office!
This is the living room and we ended up going with a piece of limestone for the hearth. The best part is this is Indiana limestone sourced from our own state! It hasn’t been installed yet, but getting closer.
All of our tile came from The Tile Shop. This is our master bath and we went with a nice neutral gray. I’ll have to do a future post with all the source links after I can get them all together!
The laundry room tile is my favorite! It needs to be cleaned so the below pictures aren’t perfect, but it came together so nicely! It looks like a cement tile but it isn’t so the maintenance won’t be as bad as having real cement tile.
This grey hex tile is in the en-suite guest bathroom. Seriously, our guests have a pretty sweet set up all to themselves!
The basement is a work of art by my husband! He sealed the concrete and we love how it turned out! We may eventually do flooring down here, but we are happy to save some money and just keep in concrete for now.
This flooring house progress update has been one of my favorites!
